Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please see below for more information on our return policy.
- Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
- We accept returns for exchange or store credit 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. (see Items below)
- At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only (no refunds).
- Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition**.
- Must have all items included in original packaging. (sellable condition)
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
**Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- must not be a special order or a custom order
- unless noted, item cannot be returned or have a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item’s particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit.
- Store credit is contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
- There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged.
- You must contact us within 7 days if you intend to return any item back to us. Items returned to us after 7 days and without contacting us shall not be refunded.
Spray Tanning Kits:
Kits may be returned under our return policy, however items that are returnable under our policy will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and items refunded at market price.
Equipment and supplies:
All brand new, unused spray tan equipment (sprayer units and guns) have a 7-day return policy with a 25% restocking fee. All items must be post marked within 7 days of your delivery date, NOT YOUR DATE OF PURCHASE. A refund will be issued minus actual shipping incurred and a 25% restocking fee. No returns after 7 days shall be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. All warranty returns (defective product) must have a copy of the sales invoice and a brief explanation for the return. Return postage both ways will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be part of any refund amount.
- CLEARANCE ITEMS such as demo units and factory closeouts ARE FINAL SALE – no exchanges or returns.
All Custom Orders are nonrefundable/nonreturnable
(Booth Extraction Units, Solutions, Private Label, ECT )
Note: Booths are handmade and may have light scratching on the backside panels from the manufacturing process.
Pop Up Spray Tan Tents:
No returns, no refunds. We will replace a defective unit 1 (one) time within 30 days of receiving the original. Shipping cost of the replacement unit will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to the replacement unit being shipped.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other, and mail your return to the address given.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Returns will be exchanged, credited toward a future order, or credited back to the credit card, based on original payment method. Absolutely no refund checks will be issued. Credit Card processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) will not be refunded.

Open Spray Tanning Solutions and Retail Products:
Spray tanning solutions and any other cosmetic-type products are non-returnable or refundable once opened.
We cannot guarantee results as all skin types and conditions can affect the outcome of the developed color: Examples include: medications, life changes (stress), skin preparation, client-applied lotions, scrubs, etc.
All OVERRUN, CLEARANCE ITEMS and SOLUTIONS are FINAL SALE. No exchanges no returns.
